Ancient popular recipe.

The Montemarano infusion is born from an ancient recipe, poor but rich in peasant tradition.

A distillate based on Aglianico but in a sweeter version than its father Il Vicario. A recipe that praises not only the wine produced in Montemarano but also its territory and obviously its crops as in the specific case of cherries.

Perfect to drink in combination with desserts and possibly at extremely cold temperatures.

Temperature:

- 15 C° - 20 C°

Alcohol content:

26 % VOL.

Characteristics:

On the nose there is a pleasant note of cherry, berries, plum and almond jam. With an intense color, black with ruby reflections. Quite sweet on the palate, initially vinous which then fades into full cherry notes.
