Wine making process:

At the moment of the complete ripening, the grapes, after the destemming and pressing, are subjected to fermentation with intense maceration. Then, this procedure will be continued with the malolactic fermentation and refinement in In stainless barrels. After being bottled the product is ready for being commercialized.

Around 7.000 bottles

Organoleptic features:

Red intense ruby colour with purple notes. Fruity flavour with clear mixed berries bouquet, on the palate it is crisp and perfect during the lunch, with fresh flavoured cheeses.
